About Susan

Susan Andrewes is a career and lifestyle coach and speaker.
She set up Get a Job You Love in 2008 and specialises in helping professionals break free from a job they hate, decide what they really want to do with their life and get paid to do what they love.
She works with people who are bored, stuck in a rut or even downright miserable at work and who are ready to take the plunge, escape the corporate 9-to-5 and transform their life for the better by creating a career and lifestyle that truly inspires them.
Originally from New Zealand, Susan is also a trained conference interpreter and translator, and spent four years travelling, studying and working in France and Germany, followed by seven years in Brussels freelancing for private clients and as a staff interpreter for a major EU lobby. Soon, however, she realised that she was incredibly unhappy in her job, and knew something desperately needed to change. After a great deal of soul-searching, she finally realised that, in order to create the kind of lifestyle and career she truly wanted, she had to take control and make those changes happen. Having created the career and lifestyle she now loves, Susan is passionate about working with other professionals who are inspired to do the same.
